Cody Renegar is an independent hairdresser and celebrity hairstylist who works between both coasts. His notable clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Cameron Diaz, Blythe Danner, and Carson Kressley.

Cody began his career at the prestigious Aveda Day Spa in Arkansas at 18. Aveda’s lead-style team quickly recognized his skills and talent, and within months, he was promoted to cutting director, traveling around the country teaching Aveda’s signature cuts. Bumble and Bumble | New York then recruited him. The team sent him to Los Angeles to teach a class, and he relocated there permanently after falling in love with the city. Later that year, Cody moved to the prestigious Jose Eber Salon, working alongside Jose on the main floor and in his private styling room. He eventually moved back home to Arkansas to spend time with family, knowing he’d eventually be back in LA. The decision came when he had the opportunity to work with the legendary Cristophe Salon in Beverly Hills. Since then, Cody has worked independently, seeing private clients and traveling when and where needed – from California to New York to Arkansas to Washington, DC.

Cody’s signature is a modern twist of classic style – both dry and wet cutting. He creates hair that perfectly complements his client’s features, personal style, and lifestyle with seamless layers.

An influential style maker, Cody has been featured on NBC, in Vogue, People, InStyle, Byrdie, and Elle, to name a few.
